Why We Coach…
At CKM, we are passionate about working with individuals, groups, teams and coaches that want to make softball as strong as it can be in our area. We are a “NOSFA” NOT a One Size Fits All Softball Academy. There are no cookie cutter methods and there is not ONE way that works for everyone. As an all female staff of former college softball student athletes and coaches, we are experienced to quickly identify what is working and we build those natural abilities with our foundational must-haves to enhance skill sets and overall performance.
Why CKM?
If you want coaches that care about your daughter’s growth, development, and experience with the game of softball at all levels - we’re your people. We’re not a travel organization. We are a quad coaching academy that have expertise at the grass roots through Division I, both as former student athletes and coaches. We can cover education in the game from all angles of attack for pitching, hitting and offensive strategies, defense, and softball IQ. We quite simply want to give back to the game that has given us invaluable life lessons, a softball family, confidence, and friends for lifetime. We love softball. We live it and it’s part of our DNA.
