At CKM, we're passionate about working with individuals, groups, teams, and coaches who want to make softball as strong as it can be in our area. We are a "NOSFA" — Not a One Size Fits All Softball Academy. There is no cookie-cutter method, because there's no single approach that works for everyone. As an all-female staff of former college softball student-athletes and coaches, we're equipped to quickly identify what's working and build on those natural abilities with the foundational must-haves that sharpen skill and overall performance.
If you want coaches who care about your daughter's growth, development, and experience with the game at every level — we're your people. We're not a travel organization. We're a quad-level coaching academy with expertise from the grass roots through Division I, as both former student-athletes and coaches. We cover every angle of the game: pitching, hitting, offensive strategy, defense, and softball IQ. We simply want to give back to the game that gave us invaluable life lessons, a softball family, confidence, and friendships for life. We love softball. We live it. It's part of our DNA.
